CRM Design for Luxury Clientele Relationship Management
Designed the UI/UX of a custom CRM platform tailored specifically for a high-luxury clientele. The goal was to translate the nuanced nature of long-term, relationship-driven sales into a refined digital experience. I created bespoke visual systems that conveyed the depth of each client relationship by integrating indicators of emotional touchpoints, client preferences, and sales stage maturity. This design approach empowered the sales team to better anticipate client needs, personalize interactions, and identify high-opportunity moments, ultimately driving more strategic revenue growth.
